How My First Affirmation Deck Became Glowful Living

You don’t always see the most important things coming. Your turning point might show up quietly, even during a simple therapy session. That’s where mine started. My therapist suggested I try writing a few affirmations for myself, little notes of hope I could reach for when life felt too hard to heavy. Sitting down to make that first deck, I didn’t know one gentle act of self-kindness would guide me here.

At first, my cards were just for me. They gave me small moments of relief, a breath of calm when the day seemed ever ending. Soon, I found myself writing journaling prompts too. These little rituals now fit into my daily rhythm, helping me return to myself, one card or page at a time.

The cards moved beyond my hands and heart by accident. My kids’ friends noticed them one afternoon and wanted their own. That spark showed me something important: these tools could help anyone who needed a soft place to land or a few words of comfort.

Now, making these decks brings joy to my mornings. I look forward to designing new cards and prompts, each one meant to offer you a sense of peace, comfort, and a gentle shift toward calm. It’s more than paper and ink. Every deck is a quiet companion for anyone working through anxiety, big changes, or self-doubt.

But cards aren’t the whole story. As a certified life coach, I’m building the Glow Forward Coaching program, a space where women can find healing and rediscover their own wisdom. I am also creating a membership full of daily support—fresh affirmations, journaling ideas, glow-up activities, and unique AI art prompts. If you join, you’ll get exclusive card decks you can’t find anywhere else (two affirmation decks and one oracle deck).

Every step in this journey has been shaped by women like you. Maybe you give everything to others and rarely pause for yourself. Maybe you carry a quiet struggle inside. Maybe you stand at a life change, not sure where the path goes next.
Glowful Living has never been about pretty cards, ok well maybe a bit, I mean who doesn't love looking at pretty things, it's about giving you permission to take care of yourself. You are allowed to rest. You don’t have to do this perfectly. This moment is yours.

Here, you have a safe space to soften, sink in, and remember that you matter too
